Abstract Information Systems (IS) is an integral part of all disciplines for effective and seamless operations. This research paper shows the applications IS based models in education accreditation. Assessment Program Learning Outcomes (PLO) one methods to demonstrate quality higher (H.E.) key factor successful accreditation from specific organizations. PLO calculated by measuring course learning outcomes (CLO) modules program. Each CLO identifies performance indicators (KPIs) different assessments measures through students’ performances. We have developed model that works on excel program calculate automatically just including values a student's score assessment. facilitated teachers units measure accurately while creating data visualizations presenting charts outcomes.
