Family and work are essential components of modern life in both advanced developing societies. Devoting excessive time to one these domains' conflicts with the other; they interdependent crucial existence. Based on spillover role theory, this study examines impact family–work work–family conflict job satisfaction, mental physical health. Moreover, research whether or not resilience moderates association. In a cross-sectional design, sample 242 married female high school teachers administered questionnaire. The used most recent PLS-SEM (partial least square structural equation modeling) software for data analysis. According findings, has negative statistically significant satisfaction.
