The diversity and resource potential of macroscopic fungi in tropical regions remain understudied. Vietnam, being a biodiversity hotspot, has large number new fungal species that are interest for biotechnology medicine. presence protected areas Vietnam creates favorable opportunities the study ex situ conservation biodiversity. From 2012 to 2023, 785 strains macrofungi from National Parks were preserved LE-BIN collection, 327 which barcoded with sequences deposited NCBI GenBank. A taxonomic analysis demonstrated many isolates potentially or poorly studied species, representing useful taxonomical studies search medicinal mushrooms. More than 180 first time growth rate enzymatic activities. Of these, 53 showed high rate, 43-high cellulolytic activity, 73-high oxidative enzymes 27 proteolytic making them promising candidates biotechnological medical applications opening sustainable biomass management, discovery bioactive substances, development drugs efficient plant waste treatment technologies. results confirm importance as valuable source scientific commercial suggest certain active study.

The exopolysaccharides (EPSs) from Agaricus bitorquis (Quél.) Sacc. Chaidam (ABSC) have great application value due to their significant biological activities. In order promote ABSC growth and increase EPS production, the method of adding antioxidants its regulatory mechanism were studied. Taking anthocyanin extract Lycium ruthenicum Murr (ALR) as best factor, optimal dosage was determined be 0.06 mg/mL, yield significantly increased by 65.46% (p < 0.05) compared with control group (at peak). Through combined analysis metabolomics transcriptomics, results showed that ALR promoted mycelial enhanced synthesis release upregulating biosynthesis pathway amino acids UDP-monosaccharides, degradation toxic harmful substances in cells, desaturation metabolic fatty acids. At same time, it found various effects on related synergistic main active ingredients. These not only provide a new strategy for efficient production but also lay solid scientific foundation future research applications.

Sanghuangporous vaninii, as an edible and medicinal macrofungus, represents a high source of polyphenols with considerable antioxidant activities. However, due to the significant differences in polyphenol content bioactivity caused by different cultivation substrates, its mechanism has not been fully determined. In this paper, five groups S. vaninii fruiting bodies were collected from substrates areas. The ethanol extracts mulberry sawdust Haining City (HNMS) had highest content, well excellent activity. HNMS3, component promising capacity, was further isolated through optimization extractants, silica gel column chromatography, thin layer chromatography analysis. UPLC-Q-TOF-MS analysis showed that HNMS3 composed 33 compounds, corresponding 257 targets oxidative stress network pharmacology analysis, which strongly associated mental health neurodegenerative diseases. Protein–protein interaction molecular docking indicated eight hub genes (PPARG, IL-6, STAT3, PTGS2, SRC, MTOR, ERS1, EGFR) are attributed regulation key compounds hispidin, inoscavin A, inoscavin_C, phellibaumin B. Consequently, study obtains polyphenolic simultaneously revealing potential mechanisms, providing new insights into application vaninii.
