Children
are
valuable
assets
for
the
nations.
Global
organizations
like
UNICEF
and
OECD
highlight
importance
of
high-quality
ECCE,
aligning
with
Sustainable
Development
Goals
(SDGs)
2030.
In
Malaysia,
governance
ECCE
is
separated
into
different
agencies.
This
qualitative
study
applied
in-depth
interviews
key
informants
from
four
leading
agencies
involved
in
governance.
The
findings
show
that
legislative
framework,
historical
aspects,
differences
roles
functions
influence
separation
Malaysia.
Thus,
clear
standard
needed
to
enhance
monitoring
assessment
delivery
services.

Introduction
In
partnership

Start
program,
we
created
a
set
of
intervention
supports
that
built
upon
the
strengths

This
paper
investigates
whether
electoral
rules
impact
the
expansion
of
public
early
childhood
education
and
care
(ECEC)
services
using
Brazil
as
a
case
study.
