This study aimed to develop and verify a simple HPLC-based quantitative approach simultaneously determine the phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitors (PDE5Is) sildenafil, vardenafil, udenafil, avanafil, tadalafil in tablet dosage form mixed with honey obtained Jordanian market rat plasma. Linearity observed 9.6–14.4 µg/mL concentration ranges for tadalafil, 2.4–3.6 vardenafil. Methamphetamine (MA) is one of the most virulent illicit drugs that can be synthesized from household materials leading to its prevalent trafficking and local manufacturing in clandestine drug laboratories (clan labs). Capillary electrophoresis (CE) a rapid separation technique amenable miniaturization field testing. Herein, we developed simple transient isotachophoretic (tITP)-CE method detect precursor pseudoephedrine (PSE) non-invasive biological fluids. was implemented on ETD-100, commercial fully automated portable CE instrument with an integrated swab-based extraction system. Within 2 min insertion swab, PSE were automatically extracted electrolyte (LE) then separated covalently modified capillaries. ETD-100 showed limit detection (LOD) quantification (LOQ) 0.02 0.05 μg/swab 0.06 PSE, enhancement factor 118 328, respectively, when compared normal non-tITP injection. intra inter-day relative standard deviation terms migration range 0.75-1.93 % for both 2.0-2.4 peak height. demonstrated spiked different as well fluids recovery above 60 %.
