This study aimed to develop and verify a simple HPLC-based quantitative approach simultaneously determine the phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitors (PDE5Is) sildenafil, vardenafil, udenafil, avanafil, tadalafil in tablet dosage form mixed with honey obtained Jordanian market rat plasma. Methamphetamine (MA) is one of the most virulent illicit drugs that can be synthesized from household materials leading to its prevalent trafficking and local manufacturing in clandestine drug laboratories (clan labs).
