The combination of copper-metal organic framework (Cu-MOF) with graphene oxide (GO) has received growing interest in electrocatalysis, energy storage and sensing applications. However, its potential as an electrochemical biosensing platform remains largely unexplored. Moreover, successfully applied spiked water samples showing excellent recovery percentages. We attribute sensitivity enhanced electrocatalytic characteristics, stability conductivity GO-MOF well synergistic interactions between GO MOF. This offers swift analytical response, simplicity fabrication instrumentation, rendering it appealing on-field monitoring pathogens environmental samples.
