This paper developed a novel and environmental microextraction for bisphenol A from milk samples using liquid-liquid with low-temperature partitioning, which is sample clean-up step endocrine disruptors, being suitable alternative. Furthermore, the determination steps were optimized to determine quantify milk. Thus, of it was made HPLC fluorescence detection, obtaining analytical linear range 5.0 150 µg L−1 (Area = 11,894 C (µg L−1) + 22,595) good linearity (r 0.9983), quantification (5.0 limit, variation coefficient (4.4%), according established by regulatory agencies. The employed only 500 µL bovine 1000 acetonitrile, excellent recovery values (89 − 105%) in UHT pasteurized proposed methodology had several advantages determining A, such as quick analysis, miniaturization process, decreasing solvent volume, following Green Analytical Chemistry.

In this study, we developed a solid-liquid extraction method with low-temperature partitioning for extracting six pesticide residues (carbendazim, diuron, carboxin, chlorpyrifos, terbutylazine, and thiabendazole) from pequi pulp. Pequi is key fruit of the Brazilian Cerrado biome, which characterized by its intensive agricultural activity. This sample preparation technique was chosen simplicity, minimal analyst intervention, effective food samples. The selected pesticides reflect those widely used in grain sugar cane monocultures within biome. optimization pulp samples conducted using experimental design approaches. Pesticide recoveries ranged 86 to 118% under optimized conditions, included 500 mg sample, 7.2 mL ethyl acetate, 3.4 water, freezing time 3 h. validated method, performed single step without additional cleanup procedures, demonstrated selectivity, robustness, limits quantification below 6.9 μg kg-1, as well high efficiency. No were detected collected strategic cities Cerrado. absence may be attributed protective nature thick external epicarp, shields contamination, even areas

Liquid smoke is a food additive and cresols are among its chemical constituents, potentially toxic to human health. Thus, the objective of this study was develop method quantify in liquid smoke. First, liquid-liquid extraction with low temperature purification (LLE-LTP) validated for water, as there no cresol-free samples. Analyzes were performed by gas chromatography coupled mass spectrometry full scan mode. LLE-LTP subsequently applied five commercial samples Validation results showed that proposed selective cresols, linear range 0.5 35 mg L−1, limit quantification recovery rate between 90% 104% relative standard deviation lower than 10%. The ranged from 3.0 38.3 L−1 concentration these contaminants remained constant at least 21 days 25 °C.
