Oxidative stress (OS) is an emerging research area in clinical and biological sciences due to its association with various diseases physiological processes. OS occurs when there imbalance between the production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) body's ability neutralize or repair damage caused. Chronic oxidative linked like diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, cancer, neurodegenerative disorders. Accurate monitoring crucial for diagnosing evaluating disease progression, predicting results. Despite challenges measuring free radicals their short half-life low concentrations, it can be indirectly assessed through biomarkers lipid peroxidation, DNA damage, protein oxidation. The most effective analytical techniques assessing fluids were developed. Furthermore, in-depth exploration these methodologies, underscoring sensitivity, specificity, reliability detecting concentrations across complex matrices necessary. A comprehensive literature search was conducted using databases such as Google Scholar, PubMed Reaxys identify relevant studies on biomarkers. This review explores evolution techniques, highlighting advancements sample preparation procedures specifications each technique, offering a thorough evaluation biomarker analysis.
