Introduction . The definition of psychological predictors teacher emotional burnout can enhance scientific understanding the specific factors contributing to its occurrence in contemporary pedagogical contexts. Additionally, it identify individual characteristics educators that are most susceptible burnout, thereby facilitating targeted interventions will aid development effective preventive measures. Aim present research aimed and describe risk associated with among teachers. Methodology methods. study teachers’ personalities was conducted remotely using Yandex Forms tool 2024. Rean), a methodology for assessing overall job satisfaction. mathematical statistical analysis results descriptive statistics linear regression analysis, which involved both forced inclusion sequential exclusion independent variables. Results findings indicate issue syndrome is indeed pressing concern community. Specifically, 16.3% respondents exhibit phase tension, 40% demonstrate pronounced resistance, 19.8% teachers have been diagnosed developed exhaustion. Based on model has constructed.
