Abstract Improving clinical immunotherapy for glioblastoma (GBM) relies on addressing the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment (TME). In this review, we summarize preclinical and clinical trials investigating innovative neuromodulatory approaches for Parkinson disease (PD) motor symptom management.
