Doxorubicin (DOX) is an anthracycline-derived medication used for its antitumor and antibiotic properties. Measuring DOX levels important treatment management, monitoring, optimizing individual dosages. This work introduced a novel sensitive electrochemical sensing platform determination of based on screen-printed carbon electrode (SPCE) modified with CoMoO 4 nanosheets (NSs). A simple hydrothermal method was applied to prepare NSs. Then, the characterization studies prepared were conducted by using field-emission scanning electron microscopy X-ray diffraction analysis provide necessary information about morphological features crystalline structure. The NSs in modification SPCE facilitated transfer rate electrons, thereby improving electrocatalytic performance towards redox process DOX. observation obtained from cyclic voltammetry studies. Also, basis differential pulse quantitative measurements, linear calibration curve within wide concentration range 0.005 175.0 μM low detection limit 0.0015 μM. Furthermore, NSs/SPCE sensor has been successfully employed monitoring injection urine sample, which can offer suitable qualitative drugs.

Using carbon‐based nanoparticles, such as diamond, graphite, fullerene, and nanotubes, has increased their research possible strategies for drug delivery to control diseases, especially cancer. However, because these materials, when interacting with the living environment, release substances that are capable of inducing cell death by themselves, it is vital importance analyze type particle can induce. Although there different efforts describe kind nanoparticles used treat diseases cancer, no paper explains mechanisms induced nanoparticle systems. Therefore, this attempts gain cutting‐edge information on using nanopolymorphisms mechanism particles produce. In conclusion, carbon interact directly membranes, causing physical damage disturbing integrity membrane. This alteration mainly lead necrosis or apoptosis. The definition a predominant each depends dose‐dependent manner. Primarily, concentrations cytotoxicity were 100–500 μg/mL. several studies analyzed, was only find nanodiamonds proved not be cytotoxic.

Nonylphenol (NP) is an important fine chemical raw material and intermediate that widely utilized in industry may be distributed aquatic ecosystems. Following its entry into the food water cycles, it can subsequently enter human body potentially harm reproductive system. For purpose of monitoring NP water, thus essential to build a straightforward, affordable, robust electrochemical sensor. Based on two-step modification proceeding electrostatic self-assembly effect, double-modified β-cyclodextrin functionalized multiwalled carbon nanotube sensor (HE-β-CD-CTAC/F-MWCNTs) has been successfully constructed. It incorporates excellent host-guest interaction ability high activity cetyltrimethylammonium chloride (CTAC), nanotubes have enormous particular surface area strong electrical conductivity. The oxidation reaction with controlled by adsorption process equal numbers protons electrons. In accordance optimized experimental parameters, limit detection (LOD) for 0.13 μM, responds linearly concentration range 1-200 μM. Meanwhile, repeatability, stability, immunity interference. real samples, also showed recovery rate (92.8%-98.5%) relative standard deviation (1.16%-3.26%).
