Developing rural public culture is crucial for enhancing spiritual and cultural life, promoting growth, fostering socialist core values. Constructing this service system requires considering both internal external factors, such as environment, population, economic support, social stability. This study focuses on Heilongjiang Province the research area randomly selects 14 natural villages survey targets, collecting data from 2017 to 2021. By employing a coupled coordination degree model, services its three subsystems are analyzed. The findings reveal that development impact of during period 2017–2021 was suboptimal volatile. exhibit strong mutual influence, adjustments overall situation can be made by intervening in individual systems or indices. Moreover, coupling between stability foundation, population support subpar, indicating limited environmental perspectives services.

Under the new normal of China’s development, urban construction has shifted from incremental expansion to optimization existing stock. As focal point stock, old communities have garnered increasingly in-depth research. Recent studies extended their perspectives physical spaces interactive relationship between “space and behavior”, while also emphasizing integration qualitative quantitative analyses. However, research primarily focuses on static characteristics material spatial environments, neglecting dynamic interplay attributes social network relationships. This study takes Cangxia Community in Fuzhou as a case study, employing analysis (SNA) construct dual-network model resident behavior public space. Through three-level “overall–subgroup–single point”, intrinsic behavior” is revealed. The demonstrates that are positively correlated with space attributes, namely, better accessibility visibility, higher frequency behaviors. mismatched nodes exist, limiting synergistic model. aims provide scientifically effective methods paradigms for renewal sustainable development cities.
