In this paper, we introduced an ultra-thin broadband single-layer metasurface (MS) comprising S-shaped resonator (SSR) structure enclosed by a circular cover adhered on dielectric substrate. The MS exhibits remarkable capabilities in achieving simultaneous half-transmission and half-reflection for polarization (CP) conversion, as well full-space wavefront manipulation the microwave frequency range. Through simulations experiments, demonstrated that orthogonal CP coefficients both transmission reflection exceed 0.35 normal incidence of left-handed polarizations (LCP) right-handed (RCP) waves from 6.2GHz to 15GHz, with relative bandwidth about 87.1%. This results conversion efficiency approximately 22%, which approaches theoretical limit (25%) single layer around 8GHz. Moreover, utilizing principle geometrical phase modulation, desired full 2π phase-shift can be achieved solely adjusting orientation angle SSR structure. Numerical substantiate concept demonstrating anomalous refraction, vortex beam generation, planar focusing, showcasing comprehensive control wavefronts all spatial directions. Our design offers valuable insights practical implementation various applications.

This paper presents the design of a simple dual-band circularly polarized monopole antenna using characteristic mode analysis. Moisture ingress is one of the major causes aging in oil-paper insulated transformers; measurement moisture content insulating material thus necessary during transformer disassembly for maintenance. One critical engineering consideration need rapid and nondestructive insulation to minimize power-outage time. Herein, a characterization method based on dielectric response obtained using microstrip petal-like ring resonator (MPRR) proposed. This paper designs and simulates an interference metasurface capable of generating range profiles false targets, by manipulating the electromagnetic reflection properties surface through control codes. Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient (DDPG) algorithm is applied to generate multiple sets codes that result in high similarity between produced those real as measured Pearson product moment correlation coefficient (PPMCC). Furthermore, encoded able maintain with targets even when incident wave's azimuthal angle altered, thus achieving dynamic manipulation.
