Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is a life-threatening rising considerably in the world. Early detection and prediction of CVD as well other heart diseases might protect many lives. This requires tact clinical data analysis. The potential predictive machine learning algorithms to develop doctor’s perception essential all stakeholders health sector since it can augment efforts doctors have healthier climate for patient diagnosis treatment. We used (ML) algorithm carry out significant explanation accurate decision making patients. Simple random sampling was select patients from Khyber Teaching Hospital Lady Reading Hospital, Pakistan. ML methods such tree (DT), forest (RF), logistic regression (LR), Naïve Bayes (NB), support vector (SVM) were implemented classification purposes performed exploratory analysis experimental output algorithms. also estimated confusion matrix recursive operating characteristic curve performance proposed using numerous conditions recognize best suitable class models. RF had highest accuracy prediction, sensitivity, operative 85.01%, 92.11%, 87.73%, respectively, CVD. It least specificity misclassification errors 43.48% 8.70%, These results indicated that most appropriate prediction. Our model be settings worldwide
