Understanding the dominant populations and biological functions of endophytic nitrogen-fixing bacteria in apple plants is great significance for healthy growth management sustainable development cultivation. In this study, we investigated community diversity potential plant growth-promoting abilities different tissues trees by combining high-throughput sequencing nifH gene with traditional isolation cultivation techniques. Sequencing results revealed that were affiliated 10 phyla, 14 classes, 30 orders, 42 families, 72 genera. Rhizobium was genus roots twigs, while Desulfovibrio dominated leaf tissues. The richness significantly higher than those leaves. Using four types nitrogen-free media, a total 138 presumptive bacterial strains isolated from roots, leaves, twigs. These isolates belonged to 32 taxonomic groups spanning 5 8 11 13 18 successfully amplified representative all using specific primers. Nitrogenase activity among ranged 26.86 982.28 nmol/(h·mL). Some also exhibited ability secrete indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), solubilize phosphate potassium, produce siderophores. Six individual three microbial consortia tested their effects on tissue culture seedlings. All treatments showed varying degrees, RD01+RC16 consortium showing most significant results: height, number chlorophyll content 2.4, 3.3, 4.2 times control, respectively. findings demonstrate rich promising application promoting host growth.

The present study explores the impact of farm scale on environmental efficiency to provide theoretical support and policy reference for modernization sustainable development apple industry. is based research data from farmers in three counties Shaanxi Gansu provinces 2021. Firstly, life cycle approach applied assess comprehensive pollution emissions production clarify non-desired outputs. Secondly, measured using SBM model, which Tobit model utilized explore operation its potential mechanism action. results show following: (1) mean sample 0.278, indicating that overall low; (2) there an inverted U-shaped relationship between production, are robust. This analysis was conducted after addressing endogeneity. Thirdly, found intensity adoption green technology farmers’ awareness play a significant mediating role influence business production. effect also investigated. Consequently, it recommended expedite promotion moderate-scale orchard operations, proactively cultivate new management entities, enhance level cognition among farmers. These measures proposed encourage high-quality

Considering economic and environmental aspects, this study explored the potential of replacing urea imports in Jordan with local production utilizing green hydrogen, considering agricultural land distribution, fertilizer need, hydrogen demand. The analysis estimated 2023 at approximately 13,991.37 tons evaluated corresponding costs under various market scenarios. cost was projected to range between USD 6.30 million 8.39 million; domestic using would significantly more, ranging from 30.37 70.85 million. Despite challenges, transitioning achieve a 100% reduction CO2 emissions, eliminating 48,739.87 annually. Jordanian case, an SWOT conducted highlight transition strengths, such as benefits energy independence, alongside weaknesses, high initial infrastructure gaps. A competitive determine competition hydrogen-based ammonia compared conventional methods. Further, identified opportunities, advancements technology, policy support. Threats were assessed global dynamics.

In order to clarify the effect of different fertilizers on foxtail millet quality under low nitrogen conditions, we used JGNo.21 and LZGNo.2 as experimental materials set up five treatments, including non-fertilization, nitrogen, phosphorus, compound, organic fertilizers, study regulation fertilizer types agronomic traits, nutrient fractions, pasting characteristics conditions. Compared with control, all improved traits a certain extent. Nitrogen compound treatments reduced starch content JGNo.21; was by 0.55% 0.07% treatments. Phosphorus increased content, 0.50% 0.56% phosphorus The each treatment protein completely opposite that starch; fat fiber content. Among them, yellow pigment content; 1.21% 2.64% Organic pigment; 3.36% 2.79% LZGNo.2; 2.62% 1.98% treatment. Compound decreased 2.16% 2.90% Different cellulose LZGNo.2. essential, non-essential, total amino acids significantly higher compared control values peak viscosity, trough breakdown final setback time index index. contrast, viscosity Reasonable fertilization can improve millet, which provides scientific theoretical basis for improving millet.
