Modern psychiatry aims to adopt precision models and promote personalized treatment within mental health care. However, the complexity of factors underpinning disorders variety expressions clinical conditions make this task arduous for clinicians. Globally, major depression is a common disorder encompasses constellation manifestations etiological factors. In context, use Artificial Intelligence might help clinicians in screening diagnosis on wider scale could also facilitate their predicting disease outcomes by considering complex interactions between prodromal symptoms, neuroimaging data, genetics, or biomarkers. narrative review, we report most significant evidence from current international literature regarding depression, specifically focusing Natural Language Processing, Chatbots, Machine Learning, Deep Learning.
