Abstract
A
four‐party
evolutionary
game
model
for
the
collaborative
construction
strategies
of
zero‐carbon
tourism
cities
(ZCTCs)
is
established
that
considers
individual
contributions
local
governments,
enterprises,
tourists
and
residents
to
overall
carbon‐neutralizing
target.
The
stability
players'
then
analyzed.

strategy

ZCTC
