The conducted experiments showed that fish grown using feed containing probiotics with different mechanisms of action — enzymatic and antioxidant gains fatness coefficient exceeding the control values by more than 7 % 5–13 %, respectively, a decrease in costs 6.7 %. Analysis weight distribution among studied groups revealed percentage individuals higher body was 9.65 14.75 amounting to 58.16 63.26 respectively. Probiotics and spirulina are used to improve health, growth, immunity of fish. The purpose this study was evaluate the effects water additive probiotics dietary Spirulina platensis on growth (weight gain (WG) specific rate (SGR)), hematobiochemical parameters (hemoglobin (Hb) blood glucose (Glu)), intestinal histology, genes (growth hormone ( gh ) in pituitary insulin‐like factors: igf-1 igf-2 liver) expression profiles Nile tilapia Oreochromis niloticus ). distributed three treatment groups: Control (no or spirulina), Probiotic (probiotics 1.0 mL/L water), , 50 g/kg feed), each with replicates for 42 days. Fish supplemented probiotic exhibited significantly higher p < 0.05) WG (21.66 ± 2.92 g 25.63 3.92 g, respectively) SGR (2.30 0.16 2.18 0.14%/day, than control group. Hb Glu levels showed negligible variation > among groups. abundance mucus producing goblet cells (GCs) highest fish reared treatments compared Relative mRNA were expressed profoundly liver fed spirulina, whereas relative subjected Principal component analysis (PCA) also supported influence regarding performance over treatment. These findings that positively affect by improving intestine morphology activating GH/IGF axis tilapia.

This experimental study evaluated the impacts of three nutraceuticals [liposomal vitamin C, coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10), and bee venom (BV)] on physiological parameters Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). A total 360 fish (initial weight: 35.17 ± 0.22 g) were randomly allocated to four isonitrogenous isolipidic dietary treatments: a control group supplementation groups (liposomal C at 200 mg/kg, CoQ10 60 BV 4 mg/kg), with replicates per treatment, fed apparent satiation. After 60-day feeding trial, comprehensive analyses revealed significant improvements in growth performance, digestive enzyme activities, immune responses, antioxidant status across supplemented groups, exhibiting most pronounced effects. Nutraceutical enhanced gastrointestinal modulated gut microbiota composition, improved liver intestinal histological characteristics. Immunological assessments demonstrated elevated lysozyme levels, bactericidal activity, respiratory burst while markers showed increased superoxide dismutase, catalase, glutathione peroxidase accompanied by reduced malondialdehyde levels. These findings suggest that strategic nutraceutical can substantially optimize functions health aquaculture.
