This study aimed to investigate the effects of adding Qiamagu polysaccharides feed on growth performance, immunity and gut health yellow-feathered broilers. A total 240 healthy, day-old, male broiler chickens with similar body weights were randomly divided into four groups, each six replicates 10 per replicate. The groups consisted a control group (CON) three treatment groups: TP1 (250 mg/kg), TP2 (500 TP3 (1000 mg/kg) polysaccharide in diet, feeding period 64 days. average daily weight gain all experimental significantly higher than those CON (P < 0.05) 1–21 was increased 0.05), ratio decreased at 43–63 levels IgM, IgA, IgG, IL-1β, IL-2 TNF-α serum broilers exhibited consistent increase 21,42 63 day 0.05). At 22–42 days, villus length duodenum ileum Villus height crypt depth ileal mucosa IL-1β mRNA down-regulated 1–42 days MUC2, ZO-1 Occluding up-regulated 1-63days number cecal flora species TP1, that relative abundance Lactobacillus In conclusion, this showed addition improved enhanced immune response had better impact intestinal
