Fat deposition is important for the growth and reproduction of yaks. To investigate differentially expressed genes in muscle tissue fat yaks at varying energy levels, 12 healthy adult with similar body conditions were selected as research subjects. They slaughtered after being reared following three different levels: low (L), medium (M), high (H). The most extensive dorsal muscles collected screened metabolism-related using Illumina transcriptome sequencing. results analysis showed that a total 1430 identified across groups samples. Among these, 281 between high-energy group low-energy group; 365 medium-energy 784 group. GO KEGG annotations indicated levels main enriched found adipose cytokine signaling pathways, including, AMPK, MAPK pathway, PI3K-Akt pathway. Both up- down-regulation FGF-10 NR4A1 expression deposition-related candidate genes; seven up-regulated FGF-10, ACACB, DUSP1, c-FOS, NR4A1, RGS2, FOXO1, ten down-regulated LDLR, IRS2, FGF (FGF-10), TRAF2, HSPB1, SGK1, MYL3, LEPR, SLC2A1. Two common genes, FASN PDK4, q-PCR validation, along obtained from screening. trends level consistent those This study revealed complex profiles tissues feeding uncovered involved deposition.
