This study aims to assess the link between agritourism and job creation, handicraft sales, living standard, governmental support.The also explore mediating role of support in standards.To meet aim study, a survey was constructed collect data from workers Saudi Arabia Egypt.Four hundred eighty-three questionnaires were issued, but only 313 analyzed.The results indicated that significantly positively linked with standards, revealed correlates standards.Moreover, concluded plays partial standard.Theoretical implications for developing studies, as well practical implications, are provided owners, consultants, policymakers small-scale tourism businesses rural areas.

Introduction Agritourism is an emerging sector with the potential to drive rural development, economic diversification, and cultural heritage preservation. In Tamil Nadu, agritourism remains underexplored from a supply-side perspective. This study investigates motivations, operational challenges, expectations of farmers engaged in understand its sustainable development potential. Methods A mixed-methods approach, guided by grounded theory, was adopted examine dynamics. Data were collected 20 farm owners Coimbatore district Nadu through structured questionnaires using five-point Likert scale. Qualitative insights also gathered in-depth interviews supplement quantitative findings. Results Findings reveal that are primarily motivated sustainability, additional income generation, preservation, diversification. However, key barriers include inadequate licensing, insufficient public awareness, limited marketing efforts. Farmers face challenges accessing institutional support navigating regulatory frameworks. Discussion To promote agritourism, recommends establishment dedicated committee, formulation specific government guidelines, integration awareness into school curricula.
