Abstract
This
article
conducts
a
systematic
mapping
and
inductive
analysis
of
existing
work
related
to
hydrogen
energy
policy
in
the
Web
Science
Core
Collection
from
1996
7
July
2023.
First,
based
on
bibliometrics,
research
reveals
publication
volume
trends,
influential
contributors
(countries,
authors,
organizations
journals).
Second,
bibliometric
content
were
applied
vividly
demonstrate
evolution
topic,
discuss
leading
topics,
provide
valuable
insights
into
issues
that
deserving
appropriate
attention
future.
The
unequivocal
role
policies
supporting
development
is
undeniable.
In
future,
focal
point
should
be
concentrated
stimulating
creation
demand
for
green
hydrogen,
necessitating
effective
evaluation
outcomes
ensuring
safety
energy.
Furthermore,
application
scope
extends
beyond
transportation
sector,
holding
potential
expansion
other
high
carbon‐emitting
domains.
With
strengthening
international
collaboration
energy,
considerations
justice
fairness
are
poised
become
pivotal
factors
cooperation,
exerting
profound
influence
attainment
long‐term
environmental
sustainability.
These
critical
directions
will
shape
future
landscape
serve
as
an
essential
resource
policymakers,
researchers,

Purpose
This
study
aims
to
explore
the
association
among
financial
resources,
renewable
energy,
environmental
degradation
and
technological
innovation
in
BRICS
economies.
Design/methodology/approach
To
estimate
long-run
impacts
between
these
variables,
AMG
method
of
estimation,
which

cross-sectional
reliance
slope
homogeneity,

research.

coefficients
show
a

significant
negative
impact
on

Therefore,

nations
have
inexpensive
labor
an
abundance
resources
from
nature,
strengthens
their
appeal.

conservative,

for

capita
expand
significantly.

certificates,
public
procurement
mechanisms,
tax
incentives,
labelling

establishment

all

can

influence
trajectory
within
sector.

synthesizes
various
elements,
perception
challenges
implications,
presenting
holistic
view
hydrogen’s
role
in
decarbonization
SDG
realization.
In

not

empirical

also
pioneers
fresh
theoretical
frameworks,
setting
precedent
subsequent
academic
endeavours.
