Environmental problems due to climate change, that have been affecting our planet for years, are the main issues which prompted European Union establish ambitious target of achieving carbon neutrality by 2050. This occurrence encouraged all Member States undergo significant changes their energy sectors, favouring extensive use renewable sources. In this scenario, introduced Renewable Energy Communities, innovative systems based on a new model production, consumption and sharing, guaranteeing environmental, economic, social benefits. The objective paper is twofold: firstly, examine regulatory framework and, secondly, present standardized procedure implementation Community, an aspect not yet covered in scientific literature. roadmap includes four phases: feasibility study involving analysis end users' general assessment; aggregation members as producers, consumers or prosumers forming legal entity, considering different funding opportunities; operating phase, plant construction project validation national authorities; technical economic management phase. dynamic structure allows adjustments accommodate contexts, member typologies aim.

This study addresses a significant gap by investigating the environmental impacts of Germany's pioneering energy transition ("Energiewende") over 1973–2022. Motivated need to inform global low-carbon policymaking through empirical evidence, it leverages robust econometric techniques evaluate ecological outcomes this national strategy spanning five decades. By utilizing Load Capacity Factor (LCF) metric encompassing both resource demand and ecosystem replenishment capacity dynamics, analysis offers nuanced assessment income-energy-environment interlinkages during transition. It examines nuclear, fossil fuel renewable consumption on LCF amidst Energiewende's structural changes. While U-shaped income-ecology relationship posited under Curve (LCC) hypothesis is invalidated period. However, renewables exhibit positive effects, increasing 0.03% validating their role for sustainable transitions. In contrast, fuels substantially reduce LCF, underscoring restrictions. Nuclear's negligible impact suggests its gradual phase-out feasible. Thus, evidence strongly advocates expanding limiting use progress decarbonization objectives. Although contextual factors constrain generalizability, insights from complex transitions underway in industrial economies like Germany remain vital policymaking. As nations craft balanced strategies align economic, priorities, timely illuminates viable pathways.

This work presents an in-depth study on the system identification of a servo-valve controlled hydraulic cylinder operating under variable load. research addresses growing demand for improved control systems (enhancing time response, settling time, and precision) in load actuators, such as those used blade pitching wind turbines. The paper begins by detailing experimental setup, followed development system’s mathematical model, fourth-order transfer function (TF). data collected proposed acquisition are dynamic setup using periodical signals commands. All possible combinations TFs up to order 8 identified. After initial visual preselection 15 most accurate ones, analyses comparing quality indicators between measured (experimental) TF (simulated) step sinusoidal responses conducted determine TF. concludes with presentation analysis identified being TF, which replicates dynamics greatest fidelity. It provides methodology significant potential industry practitioners aiming improve, optimize, enhance strategies actuators.
