Abstract The article presents a toolkit of manage balanced functioning the fuel and energy complex with aim improving system state support for coal mines harmonizing interests enterprise, national interests, product consumers. To solve problem, comprehensive approach was used, which includes assessment investment attractiveness determination production potential, possibility transition to break-even mode. process planning ways saving industrial potential coal-producing regions can be considered as reflection multidimensional space (initial design values) into one-dimensional (the amount funds). reduced task selection smallest number factors that would most adequately reflect internal mine in terms economic added value – result interaction activity mine. scientific novelty lies fact formed matrix model commercial products balance is aimed at avoiding an imbalance sectoral market significantly reducing unjustified costs both on part mining enterprises due optimization planned forecast indicators. practical significance conducting actual Ukraine determining limits, made it possible formulate recommendations attracting volumes financial resources.

This study employs Fully Modified Ordinary Least Squares, Common Correlated Effects and Dumitrescu-Hurlin panel causality techniques to investigate the environmental impacts of nuclear energy generation in European Union countries from 1990 2022. The ongoing debate within empirical contradictions literature, coupled with overall singular-dimensionality surrounding on environment, necessitate a broader comprehensive examination its effects across various dimensions. These dimensions include presence CO2 emissions ecological footprint generated. findings reveal that adoption by tends affect but this relationship goes consumption as per test, while variable does not exhibit causal consumption. We estimated higher air pollutants promotes an alternative fossil fuel sources. highlights produces no pollution, it impose significant land use requirements, potentially leading ecosystem degradation. Factors such uranium extraction, waste management, disposal, accidents contribute impact. Further research is needed understand specific mechanisms factors contributing observed degradation associated generation.

<p>The greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions contribution from power generation in Indonesia reaches 40% of the total GHG energy sector because use fossil fuels. The government aims to minimize sector, one which is phase-out coal plants and replacing them with integrated photovoltaic (PV) battery storage systems (BESS). A cost-benefit analysis compared two development scenarios for 2023–2060. base scenario continues developing plants, replaces PV BESS. solely focused on financial costs benefits plant investors. results indicate that present value 2023–2036 initially lower scenario. However, long term, will gradually decrease become more affordable. benefit-cost ratio 2.36, while 2.12, indicating prospective future development. Additionally, has advantage achieving net-zero target by 2056 scenario.</p>

As global attention to the issue of climate change grows, concepts carbon peaking and neutrality, proposed by China, have increasingly gained traction. In this international context, digital technology green development are closely interwoven, carving out a distinct path for countries worldwide achieve emission reduction goals. This study empirically explores mechanism how transformation impacted emissions Chinese A-share listed manufacturing enterprises from 2007 2021. The results indicate significant inverted U-shaped nonlinear connection between within enterprises. Green innovation, which is among crucial driving forces sustainable development, can act as mediating factor. External environmental regulations positively moderate relationship in firms. Furthermore, heterogeneity analysis reveals that impact on particularly western regions, non-resource-based cities, light industry sectors, large-scale paper innovatively verifies, at micro level, enterprises, well its underlying mechanism. It provides theoretical support practical guidance effective implementation sector. Meanwhile, it also offers valuable insights formulate strategies take both into account, thereby contributing achievement development.
