Clarifying the key sectors and influencing factors of carbon emissions from energy consumption is an important prerequisite for achieving “carbon peaking neutrality” goals. This study calculated fuel combustion in 7 major departments regional electricity trading Sichuan Province 2000 to 2021, empirically analyzed impact structure effect, intensity industrial economic development level population size effect on based LMDI model. The main research conclusions are as follows: (1) model has advantages no residual high interpretation. Ambitious action plans have been launched to address climate change and air pollution. Through coupling the IMED|CGE, GAINS, IMED|HEL models, this study investigate impacts of implementing carbon neutrality clean policies on energy-environment-health-economy chain in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei-Henan-Shandong-Shanxi region China.
