The
purpose
of
this
study
is
to
identify
and
analyze
the
application
barriers
internal
mechanisms
BIM
technology
in
green
building
projects.
It
found
that
can
effectively
integrate
information
optimize
management,
but
its
still
faces
economic
externalities
requires
government
intervention
promote
development.
Through
analysis
five
aspects

we
identified

influencing
factors
focused
on
nine
key
factors,

Purpose
The
