In this paper, a self-healing superhydrophobic smart two-layer coating, ZOA/SMP-S, was developed. ZIF-8 surface hydrophobically modified by octadecylphosphoric acid (OPA) to obtain Z-OPA and then encapsulated with corrosion inhibitor, AMT ( 2-Amino-5-mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole), the nanocontainers, ZOA. ZOA embedded into SMP (shape memory coating) sprayed second coating. SEM showed that scratch coatings were rapidly reduced scratches after simple heat treatment. The prepared composite excellent performance in inhibitor release, immersion, superhydrophobicity, experiments. contact angle of coating reached 158.2°, sliding 2.8°. low-frequency impedance value |Z|f=0.01 Hz ZOA/SMP-S is as high 1.58 × 1010 Ω·cm2 40 days immersion test, which indicates triple protection greatly enhances resistance

Interfacial solar vapor generation (ISVG) technology has been considered a promising and sustainable strategy for seawater desalination wastewater treatment. However, its practical application is greatly limited due to severe salt accumulation poor long-term evaporation stability. Herein, an all-cellulose-based wicking fabric (CB@CA/CF) fabricated via breath figure template (BFT) method high-performance stable desalination. The abundant porous structure of carbon black@cellulose acetate (CB@CA) endows the evaporator with high light absorption (∼96.9%) rapid steam escape. hydrophilic CA network also changes hydration state reduces water enthalpy. More importantly, unique double-layer CB@CA cotton (CF) produces antigravitational effect, providing sufficient supply preventing on surface. As result, CB@CA/CF can achieve rates 2.08 kg m-2 h-1 in pure 1.98 3.5 wt % NaCl solution under one-sun irradiation, without any over 8 h. Moreover, designed floating system obtain freshwater collection 8.39 per day natural environmental conditions.
