Renewable energy has high volatility in the traditional off-grid AC hydrogen (H2) production system, which leads to low reliability of system operation. To address this issue, paper designs topology scheme wind-photovoltaic generation powered H2 system. Firstly, a DC with wind turbine (WT) and photovoltaic (PV) is connected medium voltage bus by two-stage conversion proposed.
