For the first time, isogeometric analysis (IGA) approach is used to model and analyze free forced vibrations of doubly-curved magneto-electro-elastic (MEE) composite shallow shell resting on visco-Pasternak foundation in a hygro-temperature environment. The MEE types include spherical shell, cylindrical saddle elliptical subjected blast load are investigated. Maxwell equation electromagnetic boundary conditions determine vary electric magnetic potentials. shell's equations motion derived from Hamilton's principle refined higher-order shear theory. Then, IGA method derive laws natural frequencies dynamic responses under various conditions. accuracy verified through reliable numerical comparisons. Aside this, impact input parameters vibration examined detail. These results may be useful design manufacture military structures such as warships, fighter aircraft, drones missiles.

The present study examines the vibrations in micro- and nano-piezothermoelastic beams with voids. In this work, modified couple stress theory is employed to generate closed-form formulas for deflection, volume fraction, electric potential temperature distribution. effects of voids, stress, beam dimensions on energy dissipation (thermoelastic damping) are examined under various boundary conditions. We have established analytical frequency shift, attenuation thermoelastic damping. MATLAB software used get numerical results exhibit them visually.

Abstract Recent advancements in fabrication techniques, such as the development of powder metallurgy, have made it possible to tailor mechanical properties functionally gradient piezoelectric (FGP) micro/nanostructures. This class structures can be used improve performance many micro/nanoelectromechanical systems because their spatially varying and electrical properties. The importance FGP micro/nanoscale has been demonstrated by growing number published works on size-dependent characteristics, including static bending, buckling, vibration, energy harvesters wave propagation using scale-dependent continuum-based models. Reviewing recent developments field non-classical continuum mechanics, this paper examines analysis porous micro/ nanostructures. Five sophisticated theories piezoelectricity—modified couple stress, strain gradient, surface effect, well nonlocal theory, for example—are given special consideration light potential forecast unusual characteristics micro/nanostructures devices. In future, with multi-field couplings may studied or designed, article a helpful resource.
