Spray dryers have a wide range of applications in the industry for obtaining powder products. Precise control process is crucial, as variety particles can be formed through atomization, resulting with different sizes, shapes, and properties. The morphology shrinkage influenced by various factors such drying rate, temperature, solution concentration, characteristics fluid. This review covers both experimental theoretical studies.
