Spray dryers have a wide range of applications in the industry for obtaining powder products. Precise control process is crucial, as variety particles can be formed through atomization, resulting with different sizes, shapes, and properties. The morphology shrinkage influenced by various factors such drying rate, temperature, solution concentration, characteristics fluid. This review covers both experimental theoretical studies. Practical experiments involve techniques X-ray diffraction camera monitoring to analyze particles, while mathematical models are developed predict behavior, considering rate temperature. In context single droplet (SDD) process, major phenomenological SDD been discussed along their considerations emphasizing need further in-depth research more precise measurements advance this field.
