Solar
energy
is
a
sustainable
source
that
can
be
effectively
utilized
to
address
winter
heating
challenges
in
buildings.
To
ensure
the
efficient
application
of
solar
for
purposes
and
maintain
reliable
performance
system,
integration
phase-change
materials
(PCMs)
thermal
storage
(TES)
systems
has
emerged
as
crucial
auxiliary
approach.
This
study
focuses
on
design
simulation
four
TES
structures:
smooth,
finned,
metallic
foam,
foam-finned
tubes.
It
explores
their
characteristics,
such
complete
melting
time
heat
flux,
under
various
flow
conditions.
Additionally,
residential
building
Xi’an
selected
object,
where
proposed
system
employed
meet
demand.
Economic
indicators,
including
initial
investment
payback
period,
are
estimated
using
static
evaluation
method.
The
results
highlight

with
tube

which
88.3%
less
than
smooth
tube.

based

climate
change

mitigation
strategy,
are

targets

low-carbon

predict
carbon
emission
of
parks

prediction

The
findings
suggest
that,
comparison
BAS
scenario,
LC1,
LC3
decreased
by
30.4%,
38.4%,
46.2%,
respectively,

most
suitable

park’s
development.
Finally,

reduction
potential
optimization
measures
structure,
thus
providing
a
reference
formulation
