Solar energy is a sustainable source that can be effectively utilized to address winter heating challenges in buildings. To ensure the efficient application of solar for purposes and maintain reliable performance system, integration phase-change materials (PCMs) thermal storage (TES) systems has emerged as crucial auxiliary approach. This study focuses on design simulation four TES structures: smooth, finned, metallic foam, foam-finned tubes. It explores their characteristics, such complete melting time heat flux, under various flow conditions. Additionally, residential building Xi’an selected object, where proposed system employed meet demand. Economic indicators, including initial investment payback period, are estimated using static evaluation method. The results highlight unit with tube 4800 s, which 88.3% less than smooth tube. Finally, based actual project, it determined an HTF rate 0.25 m/s, requires fewest devices (914) period 13 months.

Global climate change imposes significant challenges on the ecological environment and human sustainability. Industrial parks, in line with national mitigation strategy, are key targets for low-carbon revolution within industrial sector. To predict carbon emission of parks formulate strategic path reduction, this paper amalgamates benefits “top-down” “bottom-up” prediction methodologies, incorporating logarithmic mean divisia index (LMDI) decomposition method long-range energy alternatives planning (LEAP) model, integrates Tapio decoupling theory to emissions an park cluster economic development zone Yancheng from 2020 2035 under baseline (BAS) scenarios (LC1, LC2, LC3). The findings suggest that, comparison BAS scenario, LC1, LC3 decreased by 30.4%, 38.4%, 46.2%, respectively, being most suitable pathway park’s development. Finally, explores sources, analyzes reduction potential optimization measures structure, thus providing a reference formulation strategies parks.
