This paper investigates the effect of polyvinylidene fluoride, carbon nano tube (PVDF-CNT) hybrid coating on heat transfer and hydraulic performance serpentine microchannel sink.In aluminum sink with deionized water working fluid, flow resistance were analyzed for different mass flux G corresponding to PVDF-CNT coated (PSMC) uncoated (TSMC) at densities.The results show that improves channel. Compared TSMC, convective coefficient PSMC was improved by up 61.9% reduced 33.8%. There is a critical interval inlet G, beyond which efficiency improvement over TSMC more significant.
