Integrated thermal management system (ITMS) technology for electric vehicles (EV) has become a major industry research direction. However, R290 refrigerants are still not applied on large scale in EVs. Therefore, we developed suitable this study. This architecture adapts an unusual indirect design, which can coordinate the heat between air conditioner, battery pack, and motor. We focused pump conditioning systems EV management; thus, carried out performance analysis of under cooling heating conditions our ITMS through experimental approach. The current study explores various aspects affecting heat-pump conditioners: refrigerant charge, electronic expansion valve (EXV) opening, compressor speed, R134a different external temperatures. aim to improve efficiencies. Among these parameters, EXV opening speed have greatest impact ITMS, as evidenced by optimal lower maximize coefficient (COP) increase transfer rate. In addition, shown that, compared equipped with R134a, smaller better rate COP conditions, similar conditions.
