Moyamoya disease (MMD) is a progressive cerebrovascular disorder that increases the risk of intracranial ischemia and hemorrhage. Timely diagnosis intervention can significantly reduce new-onset stroke in patients with MMD. However, current diagnostic methods are invasive expensive, non-invasive using biomarkers MMD rarely reported. To address this issue, nanoparticle-enhanced laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry (LDI MS) was employed to record serum metabolic fingerprints (SMFs) aim establishing method for Subsequently, model developed based on deep learning algorithms, which exhibited high accuracy differentiating group from HC (AUC = 0.958, 95% CI 0.911 1.000). Additionally, hierarchical clustering analysis revealed significant association between SMFs across different groups vascular cognitive impairment This approach holds promise as novel intuitive Furthermore, study may have broader implications other neurological disorders.

The gut microbiota, which is as the "second largest gene" of human, microbial community within gastrointestinal tract, circadian rhythm a 24-hour internal clock in nearly all organisms, associated with wide range physiological and psychological activities. It found that there complex interaction balance relationship between microbiota rhythm. disruption caused by unhealthy lifestyles becoming increasingly prevalent modern society, influencing composition diversity via gut-brain axis. vagus nerve, pathway parasympathetic nervous system, an important information regulation for crosstalk brain. This study investigated impact rhythms on nerve set 3 specific aims. Firstly, rhythmicity will be tested normal vagotomized mice, examining maintaining microbiota. Furthermore, fecal samples from mice transplanted into germ-free thus testing role initiating regulated cycle. Last but not least, divided five groups different light/dark cycles, each containing measuring changes disturbances, mediating these alterations.
