ZnSb is widely recognized as a promising thermoelectric material in its bulk form, and bilayer was recently synthesized from the bulk. In this study, we designed vertical van der Waals heterostructure consisting of an h-BN monolayer to investigate electronic, elastic, transport, properties. Based on density functional theory, results show that formation significantly enhances electron mobility reduces bandgap compared bilayer, thereby increasing power factor. These findings highlight potential monolayer–supported applications, where maximizing energy conversion efficiency essential.

Environmental issues such as harmful gas leaks and water pollution continue to threaten people's property life safety. Proposing a high‐performance sensor has become focus of attention for researchers. Fiber‐optic sensors are considered the most promising type due their high sensitivity, strong anti‐interference ability, small size, low cost. However, enhance selectivity sensitivity fiber‐optic sensors, sensitive thin films essential. Metal oxides have good specific environmental parameters can be monitored through changes in properties, thereby improving response speed sensors. This article provides detailed introduction latest research progress on doping heterojunction modification metal oxides. In addition, application field is summarized, including preparation modified oxides, coating methods fiber surfaces, oxide‐coated liquid environments. Finally, summary outlook provided current gaps future development prospects.
