The
development
of
epoxy
resin
(EP)
with
simultaneous
enhancements
in
flame
retardancy,
mechanical
performance,
and
low
dielectric
properties
represents
a
significant
complex
challenge.
In
this
study,
halloysite
nanotubes
(HNTs)
were
modified
melamine
amino
tris-methylene
phosphonate
(MA)
to
produce
MA-modified
HNTs
(HMA),
which
then
integrated
into
EP
form
EP/HMA
composites.
incorporation
1
wt%
HMA
significantly
enhanced
the
retardancy
(limit
oxygen
index
up
29.7%,
UL-94
V-0
rating),
reduced
peak
heat
release
rate
by
23.4%,
decreased
total
11.9%,
smoke
production
18.4%,
improved
(tensile
strength
17.0%,
impact
61.0%)
compared
pure
EP.
Additionally,
showed
constant
(3.16)
loss
(0.019)
at
GHz.
This
research
presents
versatile
strategy
for
creating
multifunctional
composites
high
potential
applications
microelectronics,
electronic
packaging,
other
relevant
fields.

ABSTRACT
MgO
surface
makes
it
easy
to
introduce
a
certain
amount
of
oxygen
vacancy
and
can
enhance
catalytic
reaction
activity.
Besides,
as
silicoaluminate
mineral
material,
halloysite
nanotube
(HNT)
has
unique
tubular
structure.
In
this
paper,
the
HNTs@MgO
composite
was
successfully
synthesized
based
on
natural
clay
material
HNTs
carrier,
CTL
sensor
developed
for
rapid
determination
ether
in
air.
The
characterized
by
series
means
such
SEM,
XPS,
XRD,
which
clearly
confirmed
that
combined
with
HNTs.
And
showed
good
sensitivity
selectivity,

relationship
