Nowadays, trace detection of thiram is in urgent demand due to its widespread application agriculture and significant harmful effects on public health. In this work, a three-dimensional (3D) sea cucumber-like flexible porous surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) substrate composed poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) membrane, ZnO nanorods, gold films, Ag nanoparticles (Ag/Au/ZnO/P) has been established for the highly sensitive thiram. The takes advantage 3D morphology Ag/Au/ZnO system PVDF membrane produce abundant plasmonic hot spots. Meanwhile, employment an AgNPs/Au shell combined benefits both silver metals, thus guaranteeing stable detection. Nanometal-based composite fibers have been widely explored in flexible sensors due to their outstanding optical and electrical properties. However, the weak binding force between metallic nanomaterial fiber greatly limits real application. In this work, nano silver (Ag) are strongly bonded with poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-poly (styrene sulfonate) (PEDOT: PSS) by wet-spun process. Ag-S chemical bonds formed interaction of Ag PEDOT.
