Abstract The aims of this research are to investigate the effects different concentrations butterfly pea flower extract infusion as an active agent on properties durian fruit albedo and eggshell-based smart edible films. was extracted using water with ratios 1:50 (T1), 1:100 (T2), 1:150 (T3), 1:200 (T4), 1:250 (T5), 1:300 (T6) (w/v). film formulated albedo, eggshell, sorbitol, cornstarch, which mixed mold casting method. analysis performed included anthocyanin phenolic content, antioxidant activity, tensile strength, elongation, vapor transmission rate, scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, indicator examination fresh milk model system. Different affect physicochemical film. increase in concentration increased contents, align activity. Meanwhile, presence bioactive compounds formulation reduced strength its confirmed by SEM FTIR results. Smart can act changing color according change pH due spoilage.
