Frequent oil spills and the discharge of oily wastewaters have caused a serious threat to environment, ecological systems, health human beings. Herein, durable photothermal superhydrophobic melamine sponge has been prepared by decorating lignin microspheres (LMs) TiO2 nanoparticles via self-polymerization dopamine. The shows excellent chemical stability, thermal mechanical durability, recyclability. adsorption capacities for oils organic solvents range from 22.4 84.2 g/g, showing high separation efficiencies larger than 98.6% after 15 cyclic tests. Due effect, maximum surface temperature reaches 65.2 °C under solar irradiation (1 sun), successfully achieves ice-free property at low -17.8 (0.5 sun). Besides, LMs@TiO2 composite coating can be employed on several substrates (i.e., filter paper, carbon cloth, steel mesh, Al sheet, Cu NdFeB) realize superhydrophobicity, exhibits anticorrosion coated NdFeB. Therefore, this study proposes low-cost multifunctional MS, opening new avenue rational design MS applications in oil/water separation, anti-icing, anticorrosion.

ABSTRACT With the continued popularization of wind power generation in recent years, anti‐/deicing for turbine blades has become imminent. In this paper, combination electrothermal deicing and hydrophobic anti‐icing was realized by doping a small amount graphene (GE) into polyimide (PI) matrix based on an improved impregnation method applying layer polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) its surface to prepare GE/PI/PDMS coating. Molecular dynamics simulation been employed elucidate mechanisms which temperature GE rate influence hydrophobicity properties coating at microscopic level. Computational experimental results showed that had angle 116.9° ambient exhibited superhydrophobicity with increasing temperature, also demonstrated experiments. On macro‐scale, macro‐scale electro‐thermal analysis average can be heated up more than 120°C 100 s under 220 V DC voltage, subsequently melted icing thickness 3.3 cm 360 s, power‐saving efficiency 84%, demonstrating excellent performance.
