The Heilongjiang River is one of the largest rivers in cool temperate zone and has an abundant fish source. To date, microbiota community water samples guts from still unclear. In present study, were collected four locations during both dry season wet to analyze spatio-temporal dynamics communities environment through 16s ribosome RNA sequencing. qualities showed seasonal changes which pH value, dissolved oxygen, total solids generally higher season, temperature was season. RDA indicated that values, promoted formation while positively regulated LEFSe identified five biomarkers with most difference at genus level, TM7a upregulated SM1A02, Rheinheimera, Gemmatimonas , Vogesella Pearson analysis revealed values oxygen negatively ( p < 0.05), had opposite regulatory roles these biomarkers. relative abundance diversity varies greatly between different species, even if fishes same source, indicating dietary habits species may be key factors, affecting construction microbiome gut. P. glenii, lagowskii, G. cynocephalus L. waleckii main resources, least six sample points. limited effects on glenii lagowskii . study guts, providing valuable evidence for protection resources River.

Feed strategies such as compensatory growth and protein restriction have been applied to optimize feed efficiency in aquatic species. The effects of (from 1 4 weeks feeding with dietary 35% protein) week fasting on growth, body composition, hemolymph parameters, digestive enzymes, serological immune antioxidant system, relative gene expressions whiteleg shrimp ( Litopenaeus vannamei ) (0.30 ± 0.03 g) were investigated. Treatments experienced out 8 but not the Control 35%P groups. Other groups 7P40 (1‐week fasting), 6P40 protein), 5P40 (2‐week 4P40 (3‐week 3P40 (4‐week protein). results indicated that there was no difference weight gain among (10.22 g), (9.37 (9.27 significantly lower than Control. 5P40, 4P40, 3P40, treatments had lipid contents body, protease, total protein, cholesterol compared Immunity systems suppressed by application simultaneously so acid phosphatase, lysozyme, superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase, lysozyme lower, also, these higher alanine aminotransferase levels In conclusion, this study suggests applying both impairs health shrimp, at least 6 weeks, should be fed a 40% protein.
