The northwest region of Mexico stands out as one the areas with greatest contribution to national aquaculture industry, which has led its producers reconsider need innovate in processes technological incorporation sustainable ways. Thus, aim this study was determine attitudinal and motivational context perceived companies region, related innovation, competitiveness support programmes. By means Likert scaling, it possible identify aspects both domains that would facilitate development innovation within aquaculture. Such an escalation also showed intensify efforts, participation state, public private universities, well non-governmental organisations, develop strategies policies innovative technologies. research design is structured under a descriptive-explanatory approach, cross-sectional format, 108 surveys were applied. These designed using scale validated McDonald’s Omega method, ω = 0.773. Cronbach’s α exploratory factor analysis (EFA) employed, showing correlation between items construct subcategories. values covariance obtained through show 56% have greater than 0.05. This indicates there positive attitude motivation towards implementation from all three levels government.

Indonesia is a producer in the fisheries sector, with production reaching 14.8 million tons 2022. The potential of sector can be optimally optimized through aquaculture management. One most important issues management how to efficiently control fish pond water conditions. IoT technology applied support monitoring system, especially for catfish species (Siluriformes), real-time and remotely. technologies that provide this convenience IoT. problem study integrate devices Firebase’s cloud data system reliable precise data, which makes it easy cultivators monitor fishpond conditions real time use 3 parameters: (1) temperature; (2) pH level; (3) turbidity level water. temperature sensors, are integrated microcontroller Wi-Fi module. Data from sensor readings sent Firebase via module so accessed by end users an Android-based mobile app. findings IoT-based device has low error rate measuring temprature, pH, percentage 1.75%, 1.94% 9.78%, respectively. Overall, total average three components 4.49%; cost analysis, cost-effectiveness 94.21% compared labor costs. An using effectively used as remotely contribute providing produces valid precise, implement, low-cost system.

Cyprinid species are the most cultured aquatic around world in terms of quantity and total value. They account for 25% global aquaculture production significantly contribute to fulfilling demand fish food. The these is facing severe concerns seed quality, rising feed costs, disease outbreaks, introgression exotic species, environmental impacts, anthropogenic activities. Numerous researchers have explored biological issues potential methods enhance cyprinid aquaculture. Selective breeding extensively employed specific traits like growth resistance. In this context, we discussed efforts made improve important practices through genetic genomic approaches. recent advances DNA sequencing technologies tools revolutionized understanding research. generation a complete genome other resources has strengthened molecular-level investigations into resistance, growth, reproduction, adaptation changing environments. We conducted comprehensive review research encompassing genome, transcriptome, proteome, metagenome, epigenome, etc. This reveals that considerable data been generated species. However, seamless integration valuable selection programs yet be achieved. upcoming years, techniques, gene transfer, editing expected bring paradigm shift sustainable production. information presented here will offer insights community.

Since 2019, the world has suffered from outbreak of "Coronavirus Disease (COVID)-19 pandemic. This study used principle Ultraviolet (UV)-C disinfection to produce a mobile high-power UV-C sterilizer. It focused on combining intelligent control systems, human sensors, and Internet Things (IoT) systems carry out tasks in unmanned indoor spaces. Because its nature, sterilizer could be moved at any time various learning, research, activity rooms for disinfection. In addition manually controlling sterilizer, Wi-Fi or Narrowband (NB)-IoT-enabled remote was provided start process. order prevent ultraviolet light harming body, sensors were employed self-acting detect presence people turn off when detected area. At same time, camera would capture an image notify relevant personnel through LINE notification, body being exposed light, causing harm teachers students campus. During operation, voice broadcast reminders status indicator provide information about operation status. After disinfection, users view process device application webpage, which automatically notification. this way, progress updated anytime, anywhere current classroom displayed real-time, allowing campus teaching learning safe secure environment.

The large yellow croaker (Larimichthys crocea) is an economically important marine aquaculture fish in China. Diseases caused by iridovirus infection have led to severe economic losses the of croaker, restricting healthy development industry. Studying immune response activated against pathogens can provide new insights into disease prevention and control. This study focuses on analyzing comprehensive mucosal immune-related organs (intestine gills) under from perspectives tissue pathology, transcriptome, proteome. A analysis multi-omics data histopathological results was conducted changes infected with at molecular, cellular, organ levels. aims select genes related mechanism elucidate molecular regulatory mechanisms immunity, providing a scientific basis for control diseases.

Vibrio alginolyticus is the causative agent of vibriosis, a common bacterial infection in grouper aquaculture that associated with development haemorrhagic and non-haemorrhagic ulcerations on fish. In present study, comparative proteome analysis was performed serum samples from Vibrio-resistant Vibrio-susceptible grouper. Samples were analysed using high-throughput LC-MS/MS identified 2770 unique peptides corresponded to 344 proteins. Subsequent 21 proteins significantly up-regulated resistant group compared control susceptible groups. Those are immunostimulatory effects, signalling binding cascade, metabolism, maintaining tissue integrity physiological condition. Besides, potential protein biomarkers related immune system identified, which could be disease-resistant phenotype. These data provide insights into underlying mechanism hybrid groupers upon sp. infection.
