Takifugu rubripes is an economically valuable fish species in Asia. The implementation of all-male culture for T. highly anticipated aquaculture. In Con-XX/Con-XY comparison, 1,172 differential expression (DE) mRNAs, 129 DEmiRNAs, 210 DElncRNAs, 4 DEcircRNAs were identified. Con-XX/AI-XX 1,329 DEmRNAs, 174 6 280 DElncRNAs found. comparisons shared 690 50 3 DEcircRNAs, 105 DElncRNAs. analyses protein-protein interaction (PPI) competitive endogenous RNA (ceRNA) network identified interactions among these DERNAs. Kcnh2b, trim27, cnnm2b, reln, cckbra, pkd1l2, steap4, gsg1l, hamp, foxg1c predicted top ten hub genes. miRNAs included miRNA-27 family miRNA-489 showed targeting relationship with GO KEGG functional enrichment that targeted genes mainly enriched GO:0065008 biological quality TGF-beta signaling pathway. qPCR validation confirmed selected ncRNAs. This research comprehensively reveals potential regulatory effects ncRNAs on cellular motility, fate regulation, hormonal during gonadal It may provide significant insights into mechanisms sex reversal fish.
