Takifugu rubripes is an economically valuable fish species in Asia. The implementation of all-male culture for T. highly anticipated aquaculture. Kcnh2b, trim27, cnnm2b, reln, cckbra, pkd1l2, steap4, gsg1l, hamp, foxg1c predicted top ten hub genes. miRNAs included miRNA-27 family miRNA-489 showed targeting relationship with GO KEGG functional enrichment that targeted genes mainly enriched GO:0065008 biological quality TGF-beta signaling pathway. qPCR validation confirmed selected ncRNAs.
