Liver tumors represent a serious clinical health problem that threatens human life. Previous studies have demonstrated the pathogenesis of liver is complex and influenced by various factors, highlighting limitations in both basic pathological research treatment. Traditional methods often begin with discovery phenomena gradually progress to development animal models trials. Among these, tumor play critical role advancing related research. The zebrafish closely resembles structure, function, regenerative capacity. Additionally, high transparency rapid embryos larvae make them ideal model organisms for studying tumors. This review systematically summarizes recent constructing models, including transplantation, transgenesis, induction, gene knockout. Furthermore, present paper explores applications these study cancer pathogenesis, metastasis, microenvironment, drug screening, other areas. By comparing advantages integrating their distinct characteristics, this provides insights developing novel better aligns needs. approach will offer valuable reference information further in-depth mechanisms new therapeutic drugs or strategies.
