The seed oil of Carapa guianensis, known as crabwood (CWO), is distinguished for its medicinal and cosmetics applications, attributed to bioactive components lipid profile. O objetivo deste estudo foi diagnosticar o perfil produtivo e econômico da cadeia produtiva do óleo de andiroba (OA) no Amazonas (AM), Brasil. Os dados são origem secundária, sendo obtidos junto ao Instituto Desenvolvimento Agrícola Florestal Sustentável Estado (IDAM), considerando período 2010 a 2022 classificação por microrregiões definida pelo mesmo. A partir dos resultados encontrados, verificou-se que produção OA AM encontra-se majoritariamente concentrada nas Juruá, Jutaí/Solimões/Juruá Purus. preços apresentaram-se maiores entressafra, porém, com pouca diferença em termos reais para preço praticado na safra, além um aumento linear passar anos. Na análise econométrica, número produtores extrativistas pago produtor kg produzido apresentaram influência significativa (p<0,05) sobre Amazonas, impactando 1,76 0,53; respectivamente, nesta cada 1% sua participação. The objective of the current study was to investigate effects different levels andiroba oil (AO) in a bioproduct based on (BBAO) physical quality, bacteriological concentration, chemical composition, yolk lipid oxidation, and sensory characteristics when coating eggs storing them for seven days at room temperature. were arranged completely randomized design, which treatments consisted control group (eggs stored without application BBAO) covered with biofilms produced BBAO AO (1%, 5%, 10%, 15%). Each treatment contained 50 eggs, each egg considered replicate. Data collected subjected Tukey test linear or polynomial regression 0.05 statistical significance. results indicate that 7 temperature resulted better (p<0.05) conservation their quality reduction elimination concentrations. In this study, nanoengineering techniques were utilized to facilitate the aqueous compatibility of andiroba oil and ginger extract, both renowned for their phytotherapeutic properties, aiming biomedical applications.
