The combination of an ageing population, increasing prevalence preventable noncommunicable diseases and a decline in physical activity with age emphasizes the need for investment programs services older people. This study aimed to add initial evidence on effectiveness Move Life (MFL) intervention by examining its effects psychosocial health outcomes determinants activity. To identify factors contributing to the long-term sustainability of community-based dance programs for people living with Parkinson's disease in order inform design and development sustainable programs. Multi-site ethnographic fieldwork was conducted at four different preexisting disease. Dancer, facilitator, community stakeholder perspectives were gathered via semi-structured interviews create a deeper understanding how existing navigate challenges maintain stability. Transcripts field notes analyzed reflexive thematic analysis. Interviews 18 participants (eight dancers disease, seven facilitators, one classroom assistant, two stakeholders). Four key areas supporting program identified: (1) finding an organizational structure that works, (2) balancing funding, fundraisers, fees, (3) prioritizing dancer experience satisfaction, (4) recruiting retaining committed, high-quality facilitators. Abstract To strengthen practice-based evidence, pragmatic, yet rigorous, evaluation of real-world programs is necessary.
