In the pursuit of personalized medicine, there is a growing demand for computational models with parameters that are easily obtainable to accelerate development potential solutions. Blood tests, owing their affordability, accessibility, and routine use in healthcare, offer valuable biomarkers assessing hemostatic balance thrombotic bleeding disorders. Incorporating these into blood coagulation crucial creating patient-specific models, which allow analysis influence on clot formation. This systematic review aims examine how clinically relevant integrated formation, thereby advancing discussions integration methodologies, identifying current gaps, recommending future research directions. A was conducted following PRISMA protocol, focusing ten significant associated disorders: D-dimer, fibrinogen, Von Willebrand factor, factor Ⅷ, P-selectin, prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin (APTT), antithrombin Ⅲ, protein C, S. By utilizing this set biomarkers, underscores emphasizes context venous thromboembolism hemophilia. Eligibility criteria included mathematical thrombin generation, clotting, or fibrin formation under flow, incorporating at least one biomarkers. total 53 articles were review. Results indicate commonly used such as PT, APTT rarely superficially models. Additionally, kinetic governing dynamics demonstrated variability across studies, discrepancies up 1, 000-fold. highlights critical gap availability based phenomenological first-principles approaches effectively incorporate affordable routinely clinical test results predicting coagulation. hinders practical tools application, often fail consider precise, values. limitation especially pronounced patients conditions hemophilia, C S deficiencies, deficiency. Addressing challenges by developing account medicine field hemostasis.
