This research examines how Holistic Building Design (HBD) affects Lifecycle Management of Structures in the ever-changing construction market. HBD includes adaptability, environmental sustainability, maintenance, and disaster preparation. It is a key idea present boom resilient sustainable building techniques. Abstract Internet of Things (IoT) technologies present transformative opportunities through connectivity intelligent devices, environmental sensors, and integrated management systems. This study aims to investigate the benefits impact IoT implementation on construction sites by analyzing relationships between key factors outcomes for safety efficiency. Hypotheses were developed proposing positive correlations each factor effective adoption sites. Structural equation modeling analysis survey data from professionals site reports strongly validated research hypotheses. Positive path coefficients high statistical significance confirmed monitoring (0.38), equipment (0.343), predictive analytics maintenance (0.222) (0.369) as crucial enablers successful integration leading safer more productive operations.
