Since the late 2019, COVID-19 pandemic has been spread all around world. The is a critical challenge to health and safety of general public, medical staff systems worldwide. It globally proposed utilise robots during pandemic, improve treatment patients leverage load system. However, there still lack detailed systematic review robotic research for from technologies' perspective. Thus thorough literature survey conducted in this more than 280 publications have reviewed, with focus on robotics pandemic. main contribution answer two questions, i.e. 1) what contributions are combat perspective, 2) promising supporting technologies needed after help guide future research. current achievements reviewed discussed different categories, followed by identification representative work's technology readiness level. trends essential then highlighted, including artificial intelligence, 5 G, big data, wireless sensor network, human-robot collaboration.

Three-way decision (T-WD) theory is about thinking, problem solving, and computing in threes. Behavioral making (BDM) focuses on effective, cognitive, social processes employed by humans for choosing the optimal object, of which prospect regret are two widely used tools. The hesitant fuzzy set (HFS) captures a series uncertainties when it difficult to specify precise membership grades. Abstract Medical services inevitably generate healthcare waste (HCW) that may become hazardous to staffs, patients, the population, and atmosphere. In most of developing countries, HCW disposal management has one fastest-growing challenges for urban municipalities providers.
