Abstract Digital marketing technology can not only help enterprises effectively control costs but also accurately identify target customers and determine customer needs to improve conversion rates. Multiple conflicting asymmetric criteria need be taken simultaneously into account assess digital technology. Accordingly, the of our paper is propound an enhanced additive ratio assessment (ARAS) methodology aid experts in evaluating a complex uncertain setting. The spherical fuzzy (SF) set expansion picture (PFS) that has been recognized as powerful model portray indeterminacy vagueness. A fresh score function proffered compare SF numbers its merits are analyzed. Then, some novel operations for defined several aggregation operators based on them propounded. An interval-valued q-rung orthopair fuzzy set (IVqrOFS) is a robust and esteemed model in managing imprecise information, utilizing controllable parameter q≥1. Expanding its applicability, we propose refinement to it, termed the p,q-rung set, denoted IVp,qrOFS. This advancement enables handling of scenarios where varied assessment levels for membership non-membership grades are necessary, challenge unaddressed by existing extensions intuitionistic sets. We establish fundamental mathematical operations IVp,qrOFS explore their key properties. To compare (IVp,qrOF) numbers, novel score function put forward compared known IVqrOFS-based functions determine viability. Moreover, present IVp,qrOF aggregation operators (AOs), accompanied rigorous proof essential characteristics, including boundedness, monotonicity, symmetry. study introduces interaction criteria through inter-criteria correlation (CRITIC) approach. method determines weights based on proposed distance measurements function.
