Purpose: The aim of this study is to propose the Fuzzy Entropy based MARCOS method solve Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) problem, which involves analyzing performance Turkish ports according quantitative evaluation criteria. Methodology: uncertainty criteria on different values they take at time periods. To overcome in study, importance levels were determined by method. Then, 11 port alternatives with a share over 1% transportation ranked their using Measurement Alternatives and Ranking Compromise Solution (MARCOS) Findings: According analysis results, most important criterion used container ports, that is, highest weight, “port area” criterion. value among Kocaeli port. This can provide more accurate level its use planning effective investments. Originality: research fills gap literature three ways: (1) Evaluatee application triangular fuzzy numbers panel data, will inferences about performanse selected (2) Evaluated weighting approach takes into account distances consisting real instead linguistic expressions, (3) An Entropy-based proposed for solving Multi-Criteria problem involving ports.

The development of new methods within the scope Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) provides decision-makers with alternative solution approaches in various scenarios, enabling more flexible and effective decision-making processes. This study aims to demonstrate applicability a newly proposed method based on cosine Similarty (Cosine Approach) for evaluating performance alternatives selection problems. was tested using criterion values seven selected countries from Global Innovation Index-2024, necessary measurements were conducted accordingly. A review literature revealed that no prior studies have been Similarty, establishing originality this research. findings indicate is ideal terms sensitivity analysis, reliable consistent comparative robust stable simulation analysis. As medical informatization continues to progress, the sophistication of smart medicine (SM) systems has led a marked enhancement in caliber services provided. Nevertheless, existing body literature is sparse when it comes frameworks for evaluating service quality, specifically within domain (SM). Drawing on hybrid multi-criteria decision-making model that fuses best-worst method (BWM) with VIKOR approach, this research crafted an innovative framework assessing quality SM. BWM was used obtain weights all dimensions and indicators under each dimension. Then, hospitals H1, H2 H3 Xiamen evaluated using method. The results showed appointments, diagnosis treatment are three important evaluate SM institutions. stability robustness were proved through sensitivity analysis. Findings suggest can strengthen construction their appointment information platforms, management internal doctors, connection between self-service terminals platforms improve hospital medicine.
